Longkong

Common name: Longkong
Thai name: Longkong
Scientific name: Aglaia hybrid (A. domestica Griff. X A. dookoo Griff.)
Varieties: As a newly developed crop, no variety has been registered as yet.
Shape: globular
Color: rind dull yellow, a little darker than that of lagsat (A. domestica)
General aspects: The bunch is crowded; the skin is thicker than that of langsat. There is no latex secretion when the rind is peeled (as in the case of lansat), thus it is not sticky to hands.
Taste: Flesh (aril) is sweet with a mild aroma.
Nutritional value: High in phosphorus and vitamin B.
Fruiting season: July - October
Storage: The fresh fruit can be stored at room temperature for 4-5 days.

Grape
Common name: Grape
Thai name: A-ngun
Scientific name: Vitis vinifera Linn.
Varieties:
1 Cardinal
Shape: globular, big bunch and thick skin
Color: rind green
Taste: sweet and sour
2 White Malaga
Shape: oval, big bunch and thick skin
Color: rind yellowish green
Taste: pungent sweet.
Nutritional value: High in vitamins A and C, calcium, phosphorus.
Fruiting season: All year round, but abundant during September - April.
Storage: Fresh fruit can be kept in the refrigerator for 7-10 days.

Guava
Common name: Guava
Thai name: Farang
Scientific name: Psidium guajava Linn.
Varieties:

Shape: globular
Weight: 400-600 g
Color: rind mature fruit yellowish green, flesh white
Taste: sweet and slightly sour.
2 Pan Si Thong
Shape: globular
Weight: 500-700 g
Color: rind mature fruit light green, flesh white
Taste: sweet.
Nutrition value: High in viamins A and C
Fruiting season: All year round
Storage: The fresh fruit can be kept at room temperature (25-30'C) for 3-4 days or about a week in the refrigerator.

Scientific name: Mangifera indica Linn.

Shape: ovate with sharp-pointed tip
Color: rind ripe fruit golden-yellow, flesh deep yellow
Taste: sweet

Color: Mature but unripe fruits are dark green with white flesh. They should be eaten at this stage
Taste: sweet and nutty
3 Kaew Sri-Sa-Ket
Shape: ovate - oblong
Color: Mature but unripe fruit are yellow green
Taste: sweet
